This page is for Ridgeline staff
Enter the staff passphrase to continue. This is a basic front-end gate to keep customers from wandering in — not real security.

Staff Tool
Pricing &
profit.
Shows what each weight tier earns after driver pay, route fee, handling, pickup and Stripe fees, how that changes with the number of packages on a route, and proposes new prices from the USPS rate index. Nothing here changes a live price; you copy the proposed settings into the auction app.
Profit per package, by weight
| Up to | Price | Cost floor | All-in cost | Stripe fee | Profit | Margin |
|---|
Profit if the route is fuller or emptier
Route fee is spread over the packages on the route, so profit moves with density. Rows are packages per route; cells are profit per package at the current price. Red means below the minimum margin.
USPS index: proposed prices
Enter the USPS commercial rate for each weight (or pull them from USPS through the service). The proposal is 79% of USPS up to 1 lb and 93% above, moved no more than 10% from today's price, ending in 9, and never below the cost floor.
| Up to | USPS rate | Target | Floor | Current | Proposed | Why |
|---|
USPS Ground Advantage destination group
Type a destination ZIP to see its USPS GEO group (B, C, D or standard). Ground Advantage only, from the list effective 2026-10-18. This is the group, not a price: the USPS rate table is not stored yet.
Same-day delivery (its own price list)
Same-day has its own prices, cost profile and floor. It never uses the next-day table. It stays OFF until you turn it on in Settings and set same-day driver pay (money change). Every number here is a placeholder until you log real routes. Nothing on this section moves money or packages.
Log a real route
Packages, hours and miles from a finished route. The page then shows your real cost per package so you can set pay and prices from facts.
Published carrier prices (for the comparison on the booking page)
The booking page compares your price with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. When a carrier's live price lookup is not connected, it shows the published price you type here instead, marked "Published rate". Copy the prices from each carrier's own rate page (retail or your account's rate, as you prefer) and enter the date. Live prices replace these automatically once the carrier keys are saved on the API Keys page. Leave a box empty to show "Unavailable".
